EFFORTLESS BRAKING SYSTEM
Unlike traditional motorcycles, where braking involves the coordination of clutch, gears, front and rear brakes, the DC100 has a single brake lever linked to a braking system in the rear wheel that integrates ABS, CBS and TCS.
SMOOTH FORWARD & REVERSE

When Drive (D) mode is selected and the brake lever is released, the DC100 slowly moves forward at a max speed of 7 km/h (4 mph) to enable a smooth start.


When put it in Reverse (R), the DC100 slowly moves backwards at a max speed of 5 km/h (3 mph) allowing you to safely reverse, even on a slope.

HAC & HDC SYSTEMS

When riding away on a slope, the DC100 detects the angle of inclination and activates the Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC). Once the brake lever is released, the DC100 automatically moves forward applying high torque at low speed to ensure a smooth start.


When riding downhill, the DC100 activates the Hill Descent Control (HDC) and so adjusts the speed at max 7 km/h (4 mph) to optimize both balance and energy recovery.
